The Pennsylvania HBPA Benefit Trust provides dental, physical therapy, chiropractic, prescription, vision and hospital coverage for trainers and their employees on the backside of Penn National and Presque Isle Downs. In order to be eligible, individuals must be at Penn National or Presque Isle for 30 days.

The benefit trust, Jeanette Johnston Medical Clinic and Presque Isle Downs Medical Clinic keep records of the services provided for each individual at the two race tracks. The information collected is called Protected Health Information (PHI). PA HBPA takes the obligation to keep PHI secure and confidential very seriously. PA HBPA is required by state law to protect the privacy of PHI, to provide individuals with a notice of privacy practices.
